Bend Senior High graduate Matthew Meade was awarded the Keith Foster Engineering Scholarship for 2018. Matthew will attend Oregon State University in Corvallis this fall to study bioengineering. Crook County High School graduate Sarah Connolly was chosen as the recipient of the Richard and Nancy (Sandy) Raschke Engineering Scholarship. Sarah graduated in the top five percent of her class and will study pre-civil engineering at Oregon State University. This is the 12th year of offering the Keith Foster scholarship, which helps educate future engineers from Central Oregon. Richard and Sandy Raschke partnered with KEITH several years ago to help fund and support the engineering scholarship before beginning one of their own.
