KEITH Manufacturing CO. is hiring an Entry‑Level Semi‑Automated Sander Operator to join our fabrication team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing or fabrication. No prior sanding or machine experience is required — we provide on‑the‑job training. The right candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Essential Functions
- Operate semi‑automated sanding equipment after training.
- Load and unload parts safely and correctly.
- Monitor machines during operation and follow work instructions.
- Visually inspect parts to ensure quality and surface finish standards.
- Perform basic adjustments and routine cleaning of equipment.
- Notify a lead or supervisor of any quality or equipment concerns.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Other Duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.)
- May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
- Experience in manufacturing and fabrication preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools or basic machinery preferred.
- Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently requiring little or no supervision.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

- Potential for advancement into skilled operator or fabrication roles.
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing/fabrication shop environment
- Exposure daily to continual noise from machines
- Repetitive motions and standing throughout the shift.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit or stand for 10 hours at a time and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 40-50 lbs. with assistance when needed.
