Full or Part-time Position
KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. The company’s state-of-the-art production facility in Madras, Oregon operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. Essential Functions
- Represent KEITH Manufacturing Co. with sales tasks including take and issue customer orders, log shipping confirmations, and delivery information, issue product replacement orders, schedule return product pickups, interact with sales team members, maintain databases, handle customer concerns, and issue credits when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a complete understanding of KEITH products, manufacturing process, and customer base.
- Meet agreed upon Company and Value Stream goals on time.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.)
- May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
- Demonstrates understanding of technical, competitive sales skills.
- Ability to utilize standard project management tools for executing and delivering products as scheduled.
- Working knowledge of PC, MS products, SAP software experience helpful.
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
Working Conditions
- Work at a computer in an office environment.
- Interface directly with customers.
Equipment/Machinery Used
- PC Computer.
- Copier Machine.
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit or stand for 8 hours at a time.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
