Essential Functions
- Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties.
- Mow lawn, trim shrubs & trees, pull weeds.
- May rake leaves, clean, and sweep litter.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping.
- Follow safety and security policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Miscellaneous projects.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.)
- May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to read material safety data sheets. (MSDS)
- Have a valid driver’s license, ability to drive company yard trucks.
- Demonstrate effective verbal, written and communications skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
Working Conditions
- Daily exposure to continual noise from machines.
- Exposure to outdoor temperatures.
- May perform duties of heights over 6 feet.

- Warehouse truck
- Lawn mower and landscaping tools.
- Ladder
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
- Able to climb ladders and perform duties at heights over 6 feet.
