Essential Functions
- Assemble prototypes and tests
- Assemble systems to fulfill orders. Primarily wiring harnesses and panels for mobile equipment
- Manage segments of electrical/electronic component inventory
- Test and assess new systems, repairing to ensure quality
- Responsible for checking completed parts to meet KEITH Quality Control standards
- Assess products and suggest modifications to prevent future issues
- Meet agreed upon company and department goals in a timely manner
- Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates degree in electronics, engineering technology, or previous technician experience preferred
- Follow Engineers direction while displaying flexible, cooperative, and positive behavior
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Manual dexterity working with wires, using hand tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and efficient management of time and resources
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Commit to compliance with all safety standards and regulations
- Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Autodesk Suite – Inventor, AutoCAD
- Welding
- Automotive wiring practices
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.)
- May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
Working Conditions
- May work in an office environment, production floor or in a manufacturing environment
- May be exposed to continual noise daily from machines
- May be exposed to intense light and hot materials

- Precision measuring equipment
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit or stand for 8 to10 hours at a time.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
