Our KEITH® WALKING FLOOR® system offers innovative material handling solutions across diverse industries, including transportation, waste management, forest products, and agriculture. If you are a mechanically inclined professional dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

As an Industrial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base while nurturing existing connections within our network of WALKING FLOOR® unloader customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Sales Calls: Execute effective sales calls and maintain comprehensive sales activity records.
  • Travel: Demonstrate the ability and willingness to travel by air and automobile.
  • Customer Assistance: Support customers with equipment specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Trade Shows and Training: Attend and actively participate in trade shows and training events.
  • Troubleshooting and Customer Service: Provide troubleshooting assistance and high-quality customer service support.
  • Customer and Team Communication: Manage communication between customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements:

  • Sales and/or Engineering Experience: A minimum combination of 5 years of sales and/or engineering experience, with a preference for those experienced in material handling, large equipment, or related industries.
  •  Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet insurability requirements.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong technical background with the ability to connect with engineers and technical decision-makers.
  • Solution Sales: Adherence to a solution sales approach, as opposed to a product sales approach.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as necessary.
  • Tech Proficiency: Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft products.

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Australia without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future.
