As a KEITH Manufacturing Co. Stationary Value Stream Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing several projects at one time.  Also, be detail-oriented that will ensure that each project is completed on time and at or under budget.

Essential Functions

  • Review and process new sale projects before handing off to engineering and production
  • Check all orders for completeness and clarity
  • Schedule projects: completion dates, engineering approvals, financial and export documents, etc.
  • Work with accounting to invoice all projects as well as follow-up of scheduled payments
  • Maintain the payment project spreadsheet
  • Evaluate the costing process through-out project
  • Weekly contact customers with production reports and photos
  • Maintain photo library in job files
  • Place all parts orders, slats, augurs, and screws
  • Handle all Europe’s orders and create custom invoices and necessary paperwork for out of country shipments
  • Work with engineering to get OM’s completed, assembled electronically and sent to our customers
  • Confirm all documents and correspondence are filed in the project job file
  • Maintain a “Customer First” mindset for productivity and quality
  • Maintain 6S in the work area
  • Meet agreed upon manufacturing goals on time
  • Arrive at work-related functions on time and as scheduled

Peripheral Duties

  • Backup mobile parts department
  • Backup mobile sales

Minimum Qualifications

  • Project management experience preferred
  • May be required to pass employer performance tests
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently

Working Conditions

  • Office environment
  • May work in the production shop

Physical Requirements

  • Able to sit or stand for eight hours at a time
  • Able to lift 25 lbs.

  • PC Computer
  • Copier, printer, scanner, fax, and other office equipment
