Responsibilities: Assisting our customers achieve the highest value from our products and services by cultivating and building solid customer relationships. Conducting sales calls, prepare proposals, quote pricing and terms of sale to customer. Attend and assist with trade show booth set up. Gather data and follow up on sales leads. Assist customers with troubleshooting and provide customer service support. There is no supervisory responsibility but may provide coaching and training to other Customer Support Managers. Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age. May be required to pass employer performance tests. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Client Relations/Account Management/Customer Support. Knowledge in belt trailers and familiar with many target industries such as dairy farms, feed lots, grain transport, agricultural products, and landscape companies. Utilizes standard project management tools for executing and delivering products as scheduled. Working knowledge of PC, MS products, tablet, smartphone. Valid State Driver’s License. SAP software experience helpful.
