Few moving parts make systems low in maintenance. Chromation seals the pores in aluminum at the molecular level. Chromating the exposed aluminum components of the drive unit reduces damage from corrosive road sprays and salts. On this page, the gold color signifies chromated parts.
Power for a KEITH WALKING FLOOR system is provided by a tractor mounted power take-off (PTO) hydraulic pump or an electric hydraulic power unit (HPU).

Running Floor II Cylinder Head:
Chromation, double rod wipers, external O-ring seal and high temperature wear ring reduce entry of contaminants.

Check Valve:
Controls the movement of the individual cylinders. Externally mounted and easily accessible.

Running Floor II Cylinder Piston:
KEITH offers the only system with two rods and two pistons for maximum performance. High temperature wear ring protects cylinder barrel from scoring.

Switching Valve:
Automatically controls the reciprocating action of the floor. Oil flow activates the patented poppet design.

Control Valve:
Determines loading or unloading mode. Ported Valve contains O-ring fittings.
